Responsibility
- own the delivery of marketing project related communications.Coordinate the plan and ensure successful completion of marketing communication related projects
- coordinate and support marketing project communications, initially focussing on Consumer Duty
- bring the Ecology brand to life with colleagues. Create content which raises brand awareness, product awareness and impact

- develop our distribution network, building strong relationships and creating supportive content
- coordinating with colleagues across marketing to ensure consistency and effectiveness of the customer journey through different channels and via multiple media
- responsible to the Head of Product and Marketing for the development and delivery of the Society’s annual marketing plan with initiatives both above and below the line
- create compelling content to support the Member engagement strategy throughout projects. Support Product Range Review Member communications requirements and own statutory Member communications
- responsibility for production and maintenance of marketing collateral
- the design and implementation of marketing initiatives to promote the aims and objectives of the Society and create a managed flow of opportunities for members, customers and prospects to support delivery of the corporate business objectives
- contribute to the development of the Society’s digital strategy and management of the digital marketing plans. Making use of different marketing channels as defined in the PESO model
- working across the organisation and contributing to the development of the Society’s digital strategy as well as co- ordinating with colleagues across marketing to ensure consistency and effectiveness of the customer journey through different channels
- the design and implementation of marketing initiatives to promote the aims and objectives of the Society and create a managed flow of opportunities for Members, customers and prospects to support delivery of the corporate business objectives
- development and analysis of operational and marketing data to inform marketing strategy and planning development, implementation, and adjustment of promotional campaigns to maximise performance
- develop the look, feel, functionality and effectiveness of email marketing to maximise engagement
- undertake market research and analysis for the Society’s product positioning and marketing approach, including customer and competitor trends, to inform product development, pricing and marketing decisions
- use segmentation to understand what media is required to reach target audiences
Requirements
- sound knowledge and practical experience of marketing communications
- stakeholder collaboration, and distribution development and management
- excellent vision of the Member journey and branding

- an understanding of marketing within a PRA & FCA regulated financial services business, and knowledge of Sustainability would be desirable
