Responsibility
- we are seeking a Baker/Kitchen Assistant to join our team at our busy family run business. The job role will be responsible for working alongside kitchen staff to provide freshly prepared food for service and our market stalls
- we have a beautiful group of bakeries across the UK producing high-quality food and drink
- we are innovators, outlaws striving for the very best food, drink, and mind-blowing coffee
- as an Innovation Baker, you will be a passionate baker
- you are someone who can take a brief and bake new innovative products that takes flavour to the next level
- exciting new opportunity for a newly created role as we expand our Product team within an innovative bakery coffee shop retail brand
- perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager or chef
- we have high ambitions when it comes to sustainability and that includes using small and South West ingredients producers wherever possible to partner with us to help us create amazing memorable food that our customers love
Requirements
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed
- ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- available to work weekdays and some weekends
