- we are looking for an Admin officers to work for our client MOJ. This is a temporary position which is on-going
- MOJ- Leeds Magistrates Court, 1 Westgate LS1 3AP
- full time in the office
- we have vacancies based at the County Court and the Magistrates Court so we will look to discuss both opportunities
- handle or assist on a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including administrations, liquidations, and voluntary arrangements, from inception to closure
- long term temporary contract, likely to be extended due to business requirements
- liaising with magistrates
- ensure strict adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements, keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation

Requirements
- minimum of 24 months of experience in corporate insolvency administration
- strong knowledge of insolvency legislation and procedures
- excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- great communication skills and excellent telephone manner
- good communication skills, both oral and written
