Requirements
- deputise as the senior member of the sales function in the absence of Group Sales & Business Development Director
- line manage Proactive Hotel Sales Managers, Sales Executives and Researcher
- development current existing agency & commercial partners and maximise business potential through continuous engagement and account development

- this role will predominantly focus on the MICE Segment with a key focus on Agency partners and Associations

- the role is Park Regis Birmingham focused but will be required to support the wider group
- achieve the total MICE room segmentation in the hotel budget
- analysis of arrival and new reservation reports to identify new opportunity
- participate in strategy and budget planning, whilst always looking for new opportunities for growth and tracking key account metrics
- to assist the Group Sales & Business Development Director in strategy and budget planning, tracking key account metrics, whilst always looking for new opportunities
- to identify new corporate clients from Hotelligence Agency 360 reporting
- take ownership of MICE room segmentation in the hotel budget
- support with creation of the annual sales plan and MICE engagement strategy
- to be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for the hotels across key corporate market segments both within the local area and nationally with a key focus on Aparthotel Birmingham
- this role will be targeting new business with a focus on the long stay corporate & project accommodation, consortia and group business
