- we are looking for a retail supervisor who can effectively assist the manager in the daily operations of the store, with strong leadership skills to lead a small team of employees and volunteers
- monitor efficient systems of EPOS, retail gift aid and financial recording in accordance with organisation procedures
- normal work pattern: 40 hour week. 8.30am-5pm over 5 days, including every 2nd Saturday
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- retail sales: 1 year
- supervising experience: 1 year
- customer service: 1 year
- cash handling: 1 year
