Responsibility
- plant and nurture plants, hedges, trees as required, including the maintenance of boarders

- advising your manager as required of any garden pests or diseases and taking appropriate action
- sweep all paths and hard surfaced areas around College, carrying out snow-clearing and frost gritting in the winter months
- ensure that all tools and equipment are maintained in the correct and safe manner
- keep the garden shed clean, tidy and safe
- work with colleagues to share best practise and ensure policies are adhered to
- perform basic maintenance such as cutting the grass, pruning hedges and small trees, removing rubbish, managing weed control, leaf clearing and watering the plants
