warehouse manager
Responsibility
- oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping
- develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity
- continuously improve warehouse processes and procedures
- supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
- coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- manage the shipping and receiving process, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery of goods
- utilise Mintsoft or similar systems for inventory management and reporting
Requirements
- proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and warehouse operations
- experience supervising a team of warehouse staff
- proficient in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- familiarity with Mintsoft or similar inventory management systems
- familiarity with Shopify
- strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- excellent organizational and time management skills
