Responsibility
- we are currently seeking an experienced Chinese Food Chef to join our team as a Private Chef
- prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes, specializing in Cantonese and Sichuan cuisine
- create personalized menus that meet the specific preferences and dietary requirements of the boss and company staff
- ensure that all food items are prepared and presented according to the highest standards
- manage kitchen operations efficiently, including ingredient sourcing, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene
- maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism while working as a private chef
- demonstrate exceptional culinary skills by incorporating innovative and modern elements while staying true to traditional Chinese flavors
- collaborate with the boss and company staff to plan and execute special events or gatherings requiring catering services
Requirements
- proven experience as a Chinese Food Chef, preferably in a renowned restaurant or hotel
- in-depth knowledge and expertise in Cantonese and Sichuan cuisine
- strong understanding of traditional Chinese cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and ingredients
- creative and passionate about exploring new culinary trends while respecting Chinese culinary traditions
- ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- excellent time management and organizational skills
- strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
- team player with excellent communication and leadership abilities
