Responsibility

  • carry out professional and effective conversations with customers to build rapport and provide excellent service to prospective clients
  • handle general enquiries via e-mail, telephone, live chat, social media, OTAs and travel agents
  • complete booking administration including confirmation documents and taking payments
  • creating bespoke holiday itineraries that include the accommodation and any ancillary products needed such as car hire, transfers etc
  • working towards sales targets for villa sales, ancillary sales and booking conversion
  • confirming clients holiday reservations ensuiring you are selling through service
  • payment processing and advising of booking terms and conditions
  • provide colleagues customers sales support like they are your own

Requirements

  • A strong knowledge of industry systems and processes
  • confident with technology such as MS Office suite
  • sales driven; determined; proactive - have a passion for sales and enjoy working towards personal and team goals
  • maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail on all quotes and reservations
  • previous sales experience not essential, we are looking for determined, resilient and driven people
  • A positive, can do attitude
  • A positive attitude to additional tasks in line with business needs
  • A passion to learn about our destinations and villa portoflio
