Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- carry out professional and effective conversations with customers to build rapport and provide excellent service to prospective clients
- handle general enquiries via e-mail, telephone, live chat, social media, OTAs and travel agents
- complete booking administration including confirmation documents and taking payments
- creating bespoke holiday itineraries that include the accommodation and any ancillary products needed such as car hire, transfers etc
- working towards sales targets for villa sales, ancillary sales and booking conversion
- confirming clients holiday reservations ensuiring you are selling through service
- payment processing and advising of booking terms and conditions
- provide colleagues customers sales support like they are your own
Requirements
- A strong knowledge of industry systems and processes
- confident with technology such as MS Office suite
- sales driven; determined; proactive - have a passion for sales and enjoy working towards personal and team goals
- maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail on all quotes and reservations
- previous sales experience not essential, we are looking for determined, resilient and driven people
- A positive, can do attitude
- A positive attitude to additional tasks in line with business needs
- A passion to learn about our destinations and villa portoflio
