Responsibility

  • we are looking for an individual who shares the same passion for food that we do for beer
  • in July, we launched our street food operation at the brewery whereby we serve fantastic food alongside our beers on Friday-Sunday. The menu changes each weekend to keep our customers having a varied choice
  • the prep is completed at our pub in Swallowfield and will include covering shifts at this business around the usual Friday-Sunday street food services
  • this role isn’t an ordinary chef de partie position – we are looking for a creatively minded individual, with proven skills in producing food to a high standard and an ambition to drive the business forward
  • this role is a creative hands on position whereby we would want the candidate to have an influence on the menu, presentation and execution of the services
  • A professional chef who can produce menu and food items to meet the standards of the Head Chef with the aim of delighting and surprising our customers, on time and in the quantities needed
