  • purchase Ledger/Bookkeeping
  • shakib & Co is a family investment office based in Hampstead Village, London. The activities of this office include investment in real estate investment, and operating healthcare facilities
  • inputting of sales/purchase invoices on to the Sage Accounting system
  • processing and filing of paid invoices once authorised
  • reconciliation of supplier statements and liaise with suppliers
  • bank reconciliations and process payment runs

Education

  • bachelor's

Requirements

  • purchase/Sales Ledger experience
  • good IT skills
  • good organisation skills
  • good attention to detail
  • accounting: 3 years
