Despicable behaviour from the "office" workers. No one answering calls or messages. They leave you on "read" and completely ignore you. I believe my delivery is now lost, and they refuse to contact me about it. They have no shame!

Sounds about right from my experience. I genuinely think he thinks he'll get more out of people if he undermines what they say and do. It seems to be his business protocol.
