- coordinating with our offices in Africa
- arranging factory acceptance tests and other pre-shipment testing requirements for customers by third party agencies
- supporting the Management and Accounting department with all costs related to the project
- work involves, sourcing, preparing offers, placing orders, record keeping, and general administration and answering the phone
- supporting Tender team with preparing back up for submission of bids
- may require to travel overseas on site work
- liaise daily with our regional office overseas to ensure production and deliveries are produced on time and in accordance with customer expectations
Requirements
- experience in delivering projects subject to tight deadlines and specifications
- prior experience and knowledge of international sales and projects would be an advantage
- ability to understand technical matters
- good command of the English language with Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- able to collaborate efficiently with colleagues and customers
- can do attitude with flexibility to do what is needed to get the job done
