- the role is full-time and permanent
- regular and random checks of product to ensure our customer specifications are met
- liaise with the harvesting managers to feedback any quality issues & changes in specs
- we are currently looking for a Quality Manager to join our team, based at our Packhouse site in Hayle, providing management support to a team of Quality Control Operatives and being responsible for the overall quality compliance within our Packhouse environment
- liaise with the Technical team to understand customer complaints/rejection, ensuring all actions are monitored and completed
- training and supporting new employees, along with coaching Quality Control Operatives to ensure our quality standards are met throughout the Packhouse
