Never got a refund for a pre-paid session that got cancelled. The last I ever heard from them is that the session is cancelled due to the weather and that they would be in touch in regards to a refund. They never got back to me even though I sent multiple emails, texts and called multiple times.
I understand the weather can affect the sessions, but you shouldn't take people's money and lie about refunding it back.
I've had to file an indemnity claim with my bank.
Completely unprofessional.
