Working for boom was one of my worst employments ever. Boom Battle Bar Lakeside is the worst one of them all.
The Managment Team doesn't not care about you apart from there favourites which they all have even the Operations Manager does as well
They give you next to nothing shifts and they will treat you like trush. You get added to 2 Billion groupchats and they expect you to be in even if you have a family commitments (such as death)
They don't care about there people just a nice fancy wage which it's shit as everyone is on the same thing
They even fire people for mistakes after speaking to another employee that's what happened to them and then ghosted them on email
Stay away from that place, should be shut down
