I'm very glad I chose (deleted by the administrator)as my trainer.
I lost 5kg and 9% of body fat just in 5 weeks! Very professional approach, available to answer all my questions, even in the evening via WhatsApp. Exercises were well adjusted for intensive training and he helped me to remove the pain in my arm.
The meals were very tasty and it was tough to eat all sometimes, despite they were low in calories :D
Definitively I recommend (deleted by the administrator)as a personal trainer!
CENTRAL MAILING SERVICES is close, does it have a longer warranty period than RUDZINSKI ATHLETIC? Do you know and can you answer? Thanks in advance
