Responsibility
- redblu offers Creative Branding Solutions focusing on Custom Modular Exhibition Stand Design and Build across the UK
- monitor and report on progress against scheduled objectives to clientele, partners and sponsors
- keep project management software updated with live information - providing clients with a snapshot of delivery progress on a regular basis
- negotiate supplier contracts and costs
- manage all related supply and distribution channels and contract as needed in line with the requirements of each event/project
- we are looking for an exhibition project coordinator who will be responsible for Redblu’s clients’ events and projects, from the point of client confirmation to final delivery and later review
- research, develop, schedule, oversee and implement multifaceted events and projects for which you are designated; utilize resources and work with others in the team, ensuring effective planning and operational implementation, taking a hands-on approach as necessary to successfully deliver agreed requirements of each event
- working closely with all internal and external departments, you will multi-task conflicting priorities with authority and use your knowledge and confidence in planning and delivering tangible results for Redblu’s clients and, ultimately, their customers
Requirements
- degree in Event Management
- project Management: 1 year
- 2+ years experience with project coordinating custom exhibition stand builds
