Requirements

  • proven track record working in an IT client manager-based role
  • experience of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
  • proficiency with customer success and customer relationship management software and related tools
  • bachelor's degree , preferably in IT, Software, Science or Engineering
