Responsibility

  • primarily the role will be Service based with installation work also being a requirement
  • the candidate would carry out scheduled maintenance visits and reactive call outs for our customer database
  • the role would also include providing telephone assistance to customers when required
  • assistance to the installation team will also be required
  • the ideal person will have a good understanding of PD6662 & EN50131 as well as BS5839
