Requirements
- A degree/equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or, another equivalent construction-related subject
- A degree/equivalent qualification
- to ensure project work meets all relevant technical and professional standards on a consistent basis
- demonstrable commercial experience, preferably within Civil Engineering / Groundworks
- have at least five years’ experience in the QS role
- to actively contribute and co-operate with the management team
- hold a full Driver’s Licence
- to actively contribute and co-operate with the management and design teams
Responsibility
- preparation of accurate and detailed monthly cost value reconciliations
- providing administrative, clerical, and technical support as required
- maintaining quality control procedures
