- GOLD CSCS - Essential
- proven experience in a supervisory role within Waterproofing or Cladding
- SSSTS - Essential
- proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
- experience with flat roofing - Built up felt/Hotmelt - Essential
- experience with heavy lifting tasks; physical fitness is essential for this role
- experience working for Tier 1 - Preferred
- ability to read and understand schematics for effective project management
Responsibility
- oversee teams of roofers and general site health and safety on a daily basis
- supervise daily operations and manage team performance to meet project deadlines
- reporting and working closely with the site manager and project manager
- ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations while on-site
- train and mentor team members in the use of power tools, hand tools, and equipment
- hot works permits are filled out and signed off before commencing works
- oversee heavy lifting tasks, ensuring proper techniques are employed to prevent injury
- time sheet approvals
