Requirements
- proven experience in construction management roles - Knowledge of flat roofing systems and a record of good project management skills
- strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to liaise with client at all levels
- IT Literate
- excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- SMSTS, First aid, Nvq level 6 minimum
- IT Literate and good with various paperwork/admin tasks
- SMSTS, CSCS, First aid
- experience in Cost control and monitoring project expenses - Ability to lease with commercial team to ensure programme is inline with cash flow
Responsibility
- manage and coordinate construction activities on-site to meet project deadlines
- supervise and provide guidance to site staff and subcontractors - Good labour management skills required
- ensure compliance with Health and safety regulations and quality standards
- monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise promptly along side the project manager and assistant site manager
- collaborate with project client and other subcontractors to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery
- conduct and attend regular meetings to review project status and address any issues promptly
