Responsibility
- pet Cremation Services is one of the leading businesses within the pet cremation industry and boasts 14 crematoriums across the UK
- free health insurance and company pension scheme is also provided
- working in conjunction with our crematorium located in Irvine, we are seeking to employ a Customer Care Manager who will work alongside our crematorium and veterinary clients throughout Scotland
- you will be integral member of our small friendly team at our Irvine crematorium, but will also be provided with support from our wider support network across the UK
- carry out regular customer care visits to the veterinary practices, working in a logisticaly efficient manner
- attend trade shows as part of our sales & Customer Care team
- provide detailed reports to senior managers
- offer hands on assistance at the crematorium, when the needs of the business deems necesaary
Requirements
- knowledge within the veterinary industry would be advantageous, though full training will be provided
- experience within a similar Customer Care role
- the ideal candidate will be able to converse with veterinary staff at all levels
- be able to resolve any issues / complaints in an efficient and professional manner
- have excellent IT and Telecommunication skills
- the ability to work un-supervised and arrange your activities accordingly
- smart appearance
- be able to prioritize their workload to the demands of the business, the role will be home and office based based depending on the needs of the business
