Responsibility

  • completing necessary training and working under supervision until deemed competent to perform certified function, following a managerial assessment
  • provide support in the execution of corporate finance transactions, pitch book prep/oversight and marketing efforts in their assigned sector
  • provide support in the execution of all ECM transactions
  • supporting the senior team wherever possible with analysis, research and due diligence
  • oversight of analysts assigned to specific projects in the sector team
  • preparing, building and reviewing financial models and valuation models for potential corporate client opportunities
  • drafting relevant corporate finance and related transactional documentation, project management and due diligence work streams
  • day-to-day liaison with corporate clients regarding stock market trends and developments

Requirements

  • A minimum of a 2.1 degree or equivalent
