Responsibility
- we offer hybrid working and flexible start and end times to the working day
- you’ll ideally have previous recruitment experience in high volume environments and be skilled in both telephone and face to face interviewing
- screening candidates
- attracting Talent by writing engaging adverts
- continuing our business growth at Pavers, we are looking for an in-house Recruitment Co-ordinator / Recruiter / Resourcer to join our HR Team in York on a full-time basis
- direct Sourcing/CV Search
- building engaging and long term relationships with internal stakeholders
- you’ll join a small but growing HR team to support the business with recruitment needs focusing on retail store management and the warehouse primarily, but also getting involved in driving recruitment forward across all areas, including new store recruitment as we continue to grow the business
Requirements
- experienced interviewer
- excellent communication skills
- previous in-house or agency recruitment experience
- knowledge of direct sourcing candidates
- experience using social media for recruitment
- previous experience using Applicant Tracking software – not essential as training will be given
- passion for finding the right candidate
- previous HR experience would be beneficial but not essential
