Responsibility
- produce a Company Secretary Report to the Board as required and produce the relevant sections for the organisation's annual report
- maintain a Company Secretary work plan to ensure that essential tasks are completed as the Governance Year progresses
- work closely with the Governance and Compliance Team and attend Governance Team Meetings
- attend Board and Committee Meetings as required, to provide advice and guidance, assisting the Governance Administrator with Board minuting
