Responsibility
- accurately complete the end-to-end processing of payrolls across the Group, including reporting and reconciliation activities
- act as the main point of contact for employee queries relating to payroll and benefits
- work with external and internal contacts to ensure that a highly accurate service is provided to all employees
- ensure core employee documentation, including pay slips/P60s/P11Ds/P45s are delivered on time
- checking and processing the details of new joiners and leavers
- assisting with payroll input across the Next15 Group
- ensure core employee documentation, including pay slips/P60s/P11Ds/P45s are delivered
- training on various payroll platforms including ADP and Moorepay our payroll providers
Requirements
- GCSE or equivalent Maths essential
- knowledge of finance and HR
- ability to manage a varied workload to deadline
- strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills
- excellent attention to detail
- knowledge of finance and/or HR would be beneficial
- A curiosity to keep learning and improving what we do
- demonstrable strong team orientation and customer service focus
