Responsibility
- responsible for the commercial relationship with our customers and to drive business growth
- develop and maintain long term relationships with the expanding Nautilus client base
- undertake regular meetings with clients to gauge customer success, promote our product suite and understand any client issues and concerns
- developing annual account plans and strategies and overseeing overall account retention, expansion, and growth
- maintaining your account management activities in the Nautilus CRM
- promoting use, understanding and uptake of the Nautilus product suite with customers
- arranging and running our product focused user groups
- support the sales function by identifying or generating ‘new business’ sales opportunities with existing customers
Requirements
- experience working with clinical systems in particular Electronic Patient Record platforms
- demonstrable experience of working in healthcare IT
- experience interfacing with healthcare leadership and providing thoughtful, actionable recommendations
- experience communicating to large and small groups of individuals at all levels, including executives
- exceptional verbal, written and video communication skills
- ability to multi-task, think critically, act strategically, and deliver results effectively in a fast-paced environment
- account management experience
- extensive stakeholder management experience
