Requirements
good knowledge of basic accounting and cash handling procedures; minimum 2 years previous experience in a financial administration role
strong experience of accounting and purchase order systems, able to input invoices, raise and track PO’s
strong organisational skills with ability to work at a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
strong communication skills – verbal and written
ability and initiative to work independently and as part of a small team
finance administration: 2 years
the salary range £25,000 to £27,000 per annum dependent upon skills and experience. Competitive benefits package
Responsibility
produce weekly / monthly / annual reports as required to identify trends and monitor spend vs budget
oversee the administration of the office petty cash system, reconcile on a monthly basis and ensure that correct cash handling procedures are employed on site
oversee financial administration systems to provide efficient support and an excellent level of service to the centre team for all elements of centre finance and budgeting
manage and maintain the Purchase Order system
