Responsibility
- develop and maintain strong client relationships
- attend site for initial brief with the client
- gain an understanding of technical requirements and any budget related matters
- analyse tender requirements and technical documents to determine materials and equipment
- actively seek competitive quotes from suppliers and sub-contractors
- provide a written estimate ensuring it is compliant with the clients brief using SimPRO
- present the estimate to the project manager and other stakeholders
- ensure requests for estimate/quotation/tender are completed on time in full
