operations manager
Responsibility
- ensure all personnel employees, contractors and external parties involved in the management of major accident hazards are well informed
- ensures compliance with Menzies Fuels and SAV's business principles for the management of HSSE at Birmingham Airport
- responsibility for the management of all operational activity for the station, in line with SLAs
- to develop, contribute to and agree service delivery standards internally and externally
- responsible for regular inspections of all facilities according to SAOM, company and HSSE requirements. This to include regular inspections with the Supervisor and Operators
- ensure accurate and timely reporting of accidents and near-misses as per SMS and business requirements
- define training needs of employees and contractors involved in the prevention, control, and mitigation of major accident hazards
