  • part-time

Responsibility

  • we are looking to recruit a receptionist to cover 2 days a week in our busy marina office located in Rochester
  • the main role is meeting and greeting customers both over the phone and in person and dealing with their enquires
  • you will also be responsible for taking payments and general administrative duties
  • this is a customer focused role and exceptional customer service is paramount
  • greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • therefore, the ideal candidate must have previous reception experience, be punctual, reliable and able to use their own initiative
  • answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
  • provide general administrative and clerical support

Requirements

  • proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative duties
