MANITOU PS UK is looking for employees for positions:

part time administrator

Working hours

  • part-time | Temporary | Contract | Permanent

Responsibility

  • work closely with our own Customer Service Platform and Workshop team by booking parts to certain jobs
  • manage local purchase orders and parts ordering within our ERP M3 system received from dealers and direct key account customers
  • to advise the parts manager on any serious issues within the dealer network regarding parts in general
  • progress chase on back ordered parts
  • to perform a monthly stock take
  • to send parts or documentation out from time to time
  • to manage the dealer and key account requests whether through phone calls, emails or assist tickets received via the online reporting system
  • undertake any ad hoc administrative work as and when needed

Requirements

  • good communication, organisational, and basic IT skills
  • excellent telephone manner and customer facing experience
  • experience in general administration
  • able to work under own initiative
  • google suite experience desirable but not essential
  • ability to work within a friendly, personable but purposeful team
  • open, honest, hardworking team player of high integrity and able to communicate effectively both internally and externally
