  • thorough and advanced knowledge of Revit/BIM
  • RIBA Stages 0-3 experience
  • experience and knowledge of Technical Housing Standards NDSS, London Housing Design Guide, Part M
  • experience with residential layouts and accommodation schedules
  • excellent visualisation and design skills
  • ability to produce illustrative images and CGI quality renders
