- assist in monthly financial reporting and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable invoices efficiently and accurately using our Finance System
- collaborate with budget managers and suppliers to resolve any variances or discrepancies
- manage the main Finance Inbox, ensuring all communications are addressed promptly
- conduct credit checks and set up new suppliers & customers on the Finance System
- prepare and process weekly payment runs, obtaining necessary approvals
- generate monthly reconciliation reports to ensure accurate cost recording
- maintain organised records to support payments and refunds, with easy accessibility for colleagues
Requirements
- part-qualified or newly qualified accountant preferred
- proven experience in financial reporting, AP/AR processing, and reconciliation
- familiarity with Finance Systems
- strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- ability to work collaboratively, showing initiative and flexibility
