Responsibility
- maintain a friendly and professional service with a strong emphasis on providing the highest levels of customer care
- provide information to visitors in a concise and friendly manner
- working on a switchboard, answering calls and transferring them appropriately

- arranging and booking of Hotels & Flights for staff
- opening and distributing the post
- signing visitors in and out of the building, dealing with them efficiently, ensuring minimal delay in them meeting their host or attending their meeting or training session
- organising and booking catering for meetings and training sessions, including preparing meeting rooms and clearing away afterwards
- managing the meeting room booking system
- general administration and any other ad hoc duties as and when required
- working as part of a hardworking team, you will act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the building providing an excellent first impression, ensuring customer satisfaction and care amongst clients and visitors alike
Requirements
- experience of working in a similar role
- A professional manner with excellent interpersonal skills
- good working knowledge of reception administrative duties
