Responsibility
maintain a friendly and professional service with a strong emphasis on providing the highest levels of customer care
provide information to visitors in a concise and friendly manner
working on a switchboard, answering calls and transferring them appropriately
operating the entry barrier phone & directing delivery drivers
arranging and booking of Hotels & Flights for staff
opening and distributing the post
signing visitors in and out of the building, dealing with them efficiently, ensuring minimal delay in them meeting their host or attending their meeting or training session
organising and booking catering for meetings and training sessions, including preparing meeting rooms and clearing away afterwards
Requirements
experience of working in a similar role
A professional manner with excellent interpersonal skills
good working knowledge of reception administrative duties
high level of accuracy and attention to detail
ability to work well under pressure in a fast moving and challenging reception environment
enthusiasm, flexibility and team-working skills
organising & booking hotels & flights: 1 year
