I’m in the same boat aswell, ordered a garden box on 23rd October, e mailed her on 5th October, and she continually kept making excuses. Then advised me on 7th October it was refunded when I told her that her company is nothing but a scam. No refund arrived. My bank says they will refund once 22 day...

I contacted the non emergency police who advised me to contact action fraud and companies house. Companies house will not do anything however, now I have a crime reference from action fraud, they may be contacted further by them

Avoid this business they don't bother sending the items out . I am yet to receive a refund . Don't use this business. Currently in the process of doing charge back
