we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Allocation Officer/HR Administrator to join our HR team
allocation Officer
coordinate shift changes and manage any associated time-off requests or shift swaps
HR administrative roles will revolve around people management, time off management and sick leave management
HR Administration
as the Allocation Officer, you will be responsible for the efficient deployment of our workforce and the management of shifts and timetables
your role will involve coordinating schedules, ensuring communication with stakeholders and employees for changes in shifts and allocations, and optimising resource and site availability to maximize productivity and meet operational targets
shift Management: Create and maintain shift schedules, considering factors such as employee availability, workforce fluctuations, and business requirements
Requirements
bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
proven experience in workforce management, allocation, or scheduling roles
excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
having a clear understanding and practising discretion is crucial for members of the HR team
excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with employees and stakeholders at all levels
proficiency in using scheduling software or workforce management systems and HRIS
familiarity with labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to workforce allocation and shift management
