- review and post sales information to Xero from Stripe for online sales and from till recording systems for shop sales
- perform bank, sales and purchase ledger reconciliations using Xero software
- prepare and file quarterly VAT returns
- ensure accounting information is complete, correct, and up to date to be submitted quarterly to external accountant
- review and monitor purchase invoices to ensure prompt payment
- prepare and monitor cash flow
Requirements
- accounting: 1 year
- bookkeeping: 3 years
- AAT qualification in bookkeeping
