Requirements
- general Management experience or Business Management experience
- strong P&L management experience
- experience in Key Account and strategic customer management
- track record of delivering sales results
- success in leading a large, multi-layered organization and in developing future leaders
- strength in managing diverse cross-functional stakeholders
- ability to deal with ambiguity and manage complexity
- 10+ years of Sales and Marketing Management in relevant industries
