A background in customer service or sales is advantageous, enhancing the ability to connect with clients and promote services
A valid driving licence is required for travel between assessment locations

Responsibility

● Undertake on site energy assessment and retrofit assessment surveys as required, to produce accurate energy performance reports
● To create and maintain accurate computer and manual records, providing information when required
● Make recommendations based on assessment findings, liaising with internal members of CES
● Effectively prioritise and ensure that daily targets in terms of survey numbers and quality of work are met
● To comply fully with CES’s policies including Health & Safety
● Ensure that the highest levels of customer service are practised when liaising with customers, remaining polite and courteous at all times, complying with customer care requirements
conduct thorough energy assessments of domestic properties, identifying areas for improvement
prepare detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations for energy efficiency upgrades
communicate effectively with clients to explain assessment results and proposed solutions
drive to various locations for property assessments, ensuring timely completion of tasks
utilise IT systems to document assessments and maintain accurate records
provide exceptional customer service throughout the assessment process, addressing any client queries or concerns
collaborate with sales teams to promote energy efficiency products and services
organise schedules efficiently to manage multiple assessments per day while adhering to deadlines
negotiate terms and conditions with clients regarding recommended improvements
keep up to date on any funding routes or future developments in relation to low carbon
ensuring the team meet their targets while the customers are still given a best class service
provide an EPC or EPR to customers, depending on the findings and the customers' requirements
producing non-domestic EPC using the SBEM method and IES VE modelling software
carrying out energy surveys of buildings, including taking measurements and photographs
