  • A Fire & Life Safety Systems Design Engineer to join the rapidly expanding Fire Team, covering London & southern regions

  • the primary objective of the role is to proactively support the regional Fire & Security Sales Consultants in the design of Fire Alarms to comply with BS5839 Part 1, Emergency Lighting to BS5266 and Disabled Refuge Systems to BS9999
  • good organisational and planning skills, attention to detail, excellent communications skills are also key requirements for this role
  • working with your Regional Fire & Security Sales Team you will source and develop new tendering opportunities from electrical contractors, M&E consultants and building contractors
  • lifecycle approach to ensure Compliancy and quality
  • permanent role
  • circa £35K per annum depending on experience
  • 37.5-hour week – Monday to Friday – flexible to manage own workload
  • 25 days holiday plus stat
  • commission scheme available for new contracts/additional works
  • overtime paid at time & ½ and double time
