Requirements

you must be able to bake cakes, brownies and biscuits to a high standard

Responsibility

responsible for baking and decorating cakes and menu items to a high standard
testing for new recipes and menu development
maintaining excellent food and hygiene standards
baking brownies, blondies, biscuits and cakes
prepare jams, curds, meringue buttercreams, ganaches and icings
cleaning and maintaining a tidy work environment including washing up, cleaning equipment, deep-cleaning fridges and ovens
from time to time we work off-site at offices and events. Occasionally you will be asked to assist in delivering and setting up menu items
