Requirements


  • we are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 10 years professional exposure with the health, fitness and wellness field
  • the successful candidate will need to have extensive demonstrable exposure in delivering targeted and successful Fitness Training, Physiotherapist and Nutritional training programmes
  • ideally, we are looking for candidates who have cutting edge global knowledge on all aspects of health and wellness, but also would like individuals that have an experimental and innovative nature and are passionate about discovering an implanting new global health and herbal techniques and initiatives
  • this position will suit somebody who has a sense of adventure and has a love for travel. An interest and passion for the Wine Industry and in Nature would be beneficial, but not essential
  • an equivalent Level 3 REPS qualification with Public liability Insurance
  • A strong personality with a positive attitude to life and teamwork, a keen interest in studio classes, Individuals with the ability to build, organised and motivate themselves and our members, and their own business
  • personal Training: 1 year
  • A level 4 personal training qualification or equivalent is essential
  • strong knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology to effectively educate clients
  • previous experience in sports coaching or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory
  • excellent communication skills for both clients and team members
  • A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
  • ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or evenings as required by client schedules
  • personal training: 5 years
  • fitness: 1 year
  • strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science
  • experience in sports coaching or personal training is preferred but not essential
  • excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively
  • A passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals
  • relevant certifications in personal training or fitness instruction are advantageous

Responsibility


  • create a personal health development plan with clearly identified monthly and quarterly achievement markers
  • develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
  • investigate and implement Massage and New Techniques for relaxation and focus on general improvement of physical and mental wellness
  • provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
  • evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress
  • plan, prepare and execute a structured and planned personal fitness training programme, consisting morning and evening session, in line with client personal needs and short-, medium- and long-term health goals
  • creates meal plans according to a client dietary restriction and requirements
  • dietary Control - Control of weight and calory intake
  • create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to client’s specific needs, specifically focussing on muscle and ligament physical challenges, to achieve optimal motion, mobility and functionality
  • deployment of New Treatments and Techniques
  • provide specialist advice on healthy eating to the client and work in specific areas like bone health and salt or sugar reduction
  • conduct initial assessments to understand clients' fitness levels and goals
  • develop personalised training programmes that cater to individual needs and abilities
  • educate clients on proper exercise techniques, ensuring safety and effectiveness during workouts
  • monitor clients' progress and adjust training programmes as necessary to ensure continued improvement
  • provide motivation and support to clients, fostering a positive and encouraging environment
  • maintain up-to-date knowledge of fitness trends, techniques, and best practices in the industry
  • promote a healthy lifestyle by advising on nutrition and wellness strategies
  • ensure all equipment is maintained in good condition and report any issues promptly
  • support Members with Queries – Assist with membership or booking issues on the spot or guide members to the right support
