Requirements

fragrance: 1 year
NVQ Level 2 or higher
experience in performing facials either in a retail or spa/salon environment
take ownership of delivering exceptional customer service
interact with clients and promote beauty skincare products
offer bespoke consultations and demonstrations tailored to the client's specific beauty requirements
providing facial treatments -Drive a high level of sales for the department
maintain impeccable counter standards
be Self-motivated to learn and develop your product and industry knowledge
recruit new clients
we highly value if you have experience with other beauty/makeup brands in a fast-paced, target-driven, customer-facing environment
we highly value if you have formal makeup training, although this is not essential
A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service
an approachable and friendly personality

Responsibility

as a Beauty Consultant for Acqua Di Parma, you are a brand ambassador
through your passion for the brand you will demonstrate an attitude that befits Acqua Di Parma at all times
in your role, you are responsible for achieving your sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing a personalised luxury service to customers
to participate in merchandise management and ensure that it is in line with Corporate guidelines
to monitor stock levels, report any issues to the Counter Manager and ensure that there is sufficient levels
to adhere to all Company procedures and policies, as outlined in the employee handbook
to carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team
to build relationships with store management and adhere to all store policies and procedures
to conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks
to deliver exceptional customer service to all new & existing customers
to consistently achieve and overachieve your sales targets
to develop excellent in-store relationships
to know and understand sales targets, figures and to have personal accountability for all KPI’s
sharing our brand story & Increasing Brand Awareness
plan, organise & attend instore events to drive sales
effective time & admin management
manage your journey plan ensuring top doors are prioritised consistently
