- stephen James Group has a great opportunity for a Recruitment and Training Resourcer to join our small but friendly HR Team at our Head Office in Enfield
- you will be responsible for facilitating the BMW training requirements for employees, across the Group, reviewing training plans and coordinating the relevant training pathways for technical and non-technical courses
- in addition, you will support the HR Team with day-to-day recruitment activities such as shortlisting candidates, coordinating telephone/video interviews and assisting with the onboarding process
- this is a broad role, where no two days are the same. This role requires excellent interpersonal and organisation skills and is a great opportunity to develop your knowledge and exposure within the HR function
