- liaise with landlords and tenants on a regular basis to maintain excellent relationships and resolve any issues that arise

Requirements

- excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively with landlords, tenants, contractors and other stakeholders
- attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to providing excellent service to all clients
- A team player, with the ability to work collaboratively with other members of the letting agent team
- A basic understanding of property management and/or the lettings industry would be an advantage, but experience is not essential
