Responsibility

• liaising with clients on all aspects of property management
• liaise with landlords and tenants on a regular basis to maintain excellent relationships and resolve any issues that arise

• manage a portfolio of properties, including all aspects of tenancy and property management, such as rent collection, repairs and maintenance, and periodic inspections
• manage all aspects of the property lettings and management including the following
• coordinate regular property inspections to ensure that properties are being maintained to a high standard and to identify any issues or potential problems
• ensure that all necessary legal and regulatory requirements are met, including compliance with health and safety regulations, and relevant legislation such as the Housing Act and the Landlord and Tenant Act

Requirements

• A positive, can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively with landlords, tenants, contractors and other stakeholders
• attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
