- ensure that permits are issued to all contractors upon their arrival
- enforce estate policies issued by the Freeholder and Estate Manager
- to be cheerful and courteous at all times
- to answer in a professional manner any incoming telephone calls at the reception desk
- to comply with the internet and email policy & procedures
- to maintain a consistently smart and professional appearance
- to log deliveries of parcels, store and release parcels using the online tracking system
Requirements
