- drive re-engineering & process improvements to ensure optimal productivity and best practice across the function
- source qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels
- advise and conduct compensation conversations with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure successful closure of offers
- ensure a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout recruitment processes, share manager feedback and appropriately manage all candidates

Requirements
- previous experience in Asset Management is highly desirable
- proven track record of managing a large volume of roles
- strong influencing and relationship management skills
- comfortable being hands on where required, as well as executing on operational and strategic items
- an innovative and proactive approach to Talent Attraction, with the ability to review current practices and introduce new ways of working
- A proven track record of TA within a complex multi-line business with a global footprint
- proactive in seeking out and maintaining industry best practice around Recruitment
