- assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- provide a warm welcome and exceptional service to guests, resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally
- lead and motivate the team, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and participate in stocktaking to ensure accurate record-keeping
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers

Requirements
